Positive: Everything was well thought in terms of amenities/ guests’ needs. There were so many complementary offers including a boat trip, fresh cut fruits, drinks etc. I cannot complement enough the staff. Everybody was very helpful, kind and excellent front hall manner. In restaurant, the food was just perfect and we were served by Cha cha, Kathy Fatima, Fadee, Look yee, Ruschtee whom went beyond what was expected of them. I will definitely go back. The staff must be hand picked. The view was spectacular The hotel provided a shuttle service, which was amazing My friend was staying in the hotel next to our hotel, the staff was really accommodating about our friend joining us.

Negative: I booked the room for three people. A bed was added to the room for third guest. It was a bed on the floor and it blocked the pathway to the toilet. It was practically in front of the toilet door. That was an unpleasant surprise. I wish i knew it was a mattress only on the floor rather than a proper bad. There is a cafe on the top of all the rooms, takes climbing of 200 steps. Shuttle services were provided by the hotel through out the day. So it was easy to go up. But the staff was in the cafe, preparing for the day ahead. When asked for hot water, i was told to go to down to the restaurant. 200 steps down!!
