Summary: We had the following problems 1. Intermittent smell of bad drains 2. Persistent infestation of ants 3. Light fixture in porch faulty. Access. We were not aware when booking that there are 25 steps to access the property. The final 12 are rough and not lit at night. We are in our eighties. We booked this for our family, who were able to cope with the access but we found visiting them there difficult. The owner unfortunately was out of Internet connectivity, and we did not have direct access to the property manager. They did try to put things right eventually. The property was in a nice location. And it is well equipped. Big modern fridge freezer. Coffee making machine. Etc. I think a professional management company, whose details can be given to clients, would prevent these problems.
