Summary: The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. However you are sleeping on the floor, we knew this before coming but didn’t realise how thin the futons would be. The dinner was okay, very traditional experience but not for me (although my partner enjoyed it). Very peaceful place. Would recommend booking a private session in the onsen if you are uncomfortable going in there nude as they don’t allow swimsuits.
