The space
This is a single level home on an acre property surrounded by the beauty of Mission Canyon. The house is set around a sprawling and fruit orchard with pool and hot tub. As there is no kitchen, it perfect for those planning to enjoy all of Santa Barbara's great restaurants. Come home to completely relax. There will be a small refrigerator and a coffee-maker for your morning coffee and other drinks and snacks. Barbecuing is not available or allowed. (The house is available at a much higher price to have complete with kitchen and barbeque. That is shown at Homeaway #276278 or Vrbo #296221. It's respective site numbers on those sites. Guest access
Guest will have use of the bedroom wing, (prices vary according to number staying 2-4 maximum. Please specify an accurate number of who is expected). There is a choice of the master with a King bed and either a bedroom with two twin beds, or a queen bedroom. The third bedroom not selected will be locked during your stay. There are two indoor living areas, large screen 3D TV, Yamaha Studio Grand piano, foos-ball and ping pong table.
Interaction with guests
We know guests value their privacy so we are available when needed but give guests complete privacy.
We will be staying in a closed off wing of the house that holds the kitchen. There are no shared areas and guests will have private use of the yard.
