As you pull into the driveway of this endearing quaint beach home you will immediately notice the charm it has. As you walk into the home you will be treated with an entry platform. To your right is the garage, straight in front of you is hall that splits two directions; to your right is the front bedroom and to the left is the living room with a full bath straight head.

The second bedroom to your right consists of a queen bed, smart tv, dresser, and a closet. Outside of this bedroom is access to the second full bathroom which consists of a single vanity and a walk in shower.

Moving to the living room you have a large three seat sofa and an extremely comfortable recliner perfectly situated over a wall mounted 55" smart tv. In this open floor plan you having the dining room and the fully loaded kitchen which is complete with all of your cooking necessities as well as all stainless steel appliances.

From the living room you can head out to the Florida sunroom that duals as a third bedroom if needed. The sunroom has a full size sofa futon bed as well as a wall mounted smart tv and sliding door access out to the pool deck / backyard.

Back to the living room you will see an entrance that leads to the master bedroom but before you pass through to that bedroom you will see a dedicated work space that has a desk and two chairs perfect for anyone who needs to work while on vacation.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, his/hers nightstands, a wall mounted smart tv, and a private master bath that is complete with a vanity, large walk in shower, large walk in closet, and to the back of the bathroom is another room where the laundry room is located as well as a private access door to the pool deck.

The pool deck boasts a huge back yard with a large non-heated swimming pool and a hot tub as well outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing in the Florida sun after coming back from the beach. In the front of the home is some Adirondack chairs facing the river where you can watch the sunset as dolphins swim through the Intracoastal.

In the garage is 4 beach cruiser bicycles that are perfect for riding over to the beach, riding to your favorite nearby restaurant, or simply going for a scenic ride down the road.

Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25)

*** Home is for sale. By booking our property if a showing comes up we will need access to the home to perform the showing. There will be a 24 hour notice and nothing needs to be done on your end.

1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

LATE CHECK IN FEE:
This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals.

PARKING:
The driveway is big enough for four vehicles. We also have available parking for trailers if needed on the backside of the home on the rear easement outside of the fenced area parralell to the fence; perfect for those hauling anything. Rear easement has a 48 ft x 14ft spot north of the easement palm tree and a 25ft x 14ft spot south ot the easement palm tree (please see photo)

KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.

We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.
