The home is set up perfect for a relaxing getaway with peaceful views of the river. It's a ranch home with stairs to the basement laundry. Enjoy the beautiful evenings on the large covered deck.

The river/lake is a river/lake, not a pool. Swimming is at your own risk. There is an area for a fire pit, also at your own risk. Owner is not responsible for any injuries. The beach is a mix of sandy and rocky. There may or may not be shells. It depends on the weather and season. Water shoes would benefit if planning to go into the water.
