Positive: Absolutely love this condo , never stayed on this side of the island and I really liked it. I was by myself so I really didn’t cook but I could tell that anything you need for supplies was there, including salt and pepper, sugar, etc.. loved the view and could sit in the balcony for hours just watching the boats go by and pelicans . I’d love to go back again some day .
Negative: Staff running property don’t seem to be real thrilled with renters, as my stop in to get a parking pass wasn’t greeted the best, almost ignored. I didn’t mean to break up their staff chatting . Trying to figure out how to open the door was a pain but a neighbor walking by was more than willing to help . This person also verified that the property management doesn’t like the renters. As long as I don’t have to deal with them it was great !
