This newly renovated 900 square foot Riverfront Mountain cabin, located on "Gold Medal" waters of the South Platte River, is the perfect mountain cabin get-away destination. Located in the quaint town of Trumbull, Colorado, nestled in the front range foothills of the Rocky Mountains. This cabin is the perfect daily, or weeklong rental for the outdoor enthusiast. Gold medal fishing right out the front door, with private river access, picnic table just feet from the river, and just 3 miles from Cheesman Canyon and reservoir. You'll be sure to have plenty of fishing opportunities, right out the door. Other popular activities include floating the river during the summer months, hiking, biking, and watching the abundance of wildlife that makes this area home. This 2 bedroom, one bath cabin sleep up to to six, with two queen size beds, bunkbeds, and a spacious living room, with working fireplace. Overlooking the river is a 300 square foot deck, complete with BBQ grill and fire pit. You can be sure to enjoy the mountain fresh air, as you relax under under the stars. With the town of Decker's, Colorado only a half-mile away, you'll have access to a Fly-shop, local cafe, liquor store, and small grocery store. This cabin is a convenient one hours drive from either Denver, or Colorado Springs.
