This is a contemporary 1,740 sq. foot townhouse that has been completely remodeled. It is unlike any other Mt. Bachelor Village townhouse, as it has high ceilings, hardwood floors, open concept, central A/C and heating, large gourmet kitchen and state-of-the-art bathrooms. Enjoy the view and sound of the Deschutes River. Prepare meals in the large fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. There is easy wifi throughout the house, plus flat screen tv’s in both bedrooms and the great room, including music stations for every preference. There are two decks over-look the Deschutes River; they are off the master suite and dining area, with bar-b-q and patio furniture for dining or relaxing. NOTE: The two bedrooms and bathrooms are on separate floors, making this less desirable for small children. The complete laundry room has multi-option washer / dryer. To secure your sports equipment, there is a locked garage. Run or walk on the easily accessible River Trail, a path along the Deschutes! Enjoy nearby breweries, restaurants and cafés! Swim and play using the outdoor amenities on MBV property, i.e swimming pool (March - October) and year-around hot tub! (Access may vary during COVID.)
This home is very well located between nature and all activities / entertainment that Bend has to offer. It is a straight 20-minute scenic ride to Mt. Bachelor, with biking, hiking and lakes in between, while conveniently situated within 1.2 miles to the Old Mill District (can walk there) or 2.3 miles to downtown. Being on the west side of Bend, there are unlimited restaurants, breweries, cafés, shops, etc plus golf courses, biking, kayaking, hiking, skiing, snow-shoeing, rafting and more.
