~134' of Colorado River Frontage. 3 decks to take in the views, enjoy the sunrise and watch the wildlife. Walk out to the dock for fishing, kayaking or just sit and enjoy in peace. Open living space to the kitchen with all you expect to have in a kitchen (sans your groceries) with 2 bar charis. Plenty of natural light and 3 doors for a nice cross breeze on a beautiful day. In the Living room there is blue couch which is a pull-out queen mattress, a 2 seater couch and arm chair with TV. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with 2 queen beds with very comfortable mattresses. There is also a back deck to give you a bit more perspective and view of the Colorado River. Bathroom has a double vanity with bathtub and all soaps. San Saba, Llano and Lampasas are all roughly a 20-30 min drive. Tons of places to explore within those cities that I would be happy to tell you more - Wineries, Shopping, Exploration, Food and more. Summary: The host was very friendly and communicative. All that experience was great! The house was very cute, AC worked well, and upstairs beds were comfortable. Says it sleeps 6, it was ok for our group of 4 but I wouldn't try for 6. Probably a little too expensive compared to quality of other stays, but the location in proximity to the park was great. If I was offering any caution it would be 1. If you plan to hang outside on the porch you'll love it, if you want a fire pit it is not ready for use, over grown grass, no place to sit. 2. If you want to kayak the kayaks are in great shape but need new paddles and the entry to the river is very physical, overgrown and muddy. 3. There is no dishwasher and was no paper towels so if you are cooking a lot, plan on cleaning a lot. 4. The grill should be on a concrete pad, but it's in the yard so you'll be standing in tall grass while you grill your meat. All said we really had a great time just offering some details to help set expectations!
