The amenities of the building are incredible: 24 hours concierge, security, valet parking, pool area at the 5th floor (2 pools), Jacuzzi, gym, sauna, steam room, massage, billiards, business center, conference room.
We are offering free beach passes for the rest of the year (60$/day value) with every rent. This will cover 2 chairs and umbrella or cabana in many beaches. (Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Riviera Beach, Lake Worth, Deerfield Beach)
Totally furnished unit including linen and dishes. One king bed in bedroom and another pull out queen in the living-room. Huge balcony from bedroom and living! 1 parking space in the garage.1 mile to the beach where you will find two beach chairs and an umbrella. Walking distance to Boynton Beach Marina and local restaurants. Just need to bring your toothbrush and live the resort style!

Summary: This is a wonderful resort style condominium complex that is super clean and has great amenities including a large pool area with loungers and tables and umbrellas, fitness room, men’s and women’s locker rooms with steam room and sauna! Also has great security and the location is ideal!! The unit was very cute, clean and had all that you needed for your stay. The hist was AMAZING and always returned your emails promptly!! Would definitely recommend!!
