Rental from Saturday after 3 p.m. to Saturday before 10 a.m in high season; and between 12 noon and 1 pm in off season, for the arrival.
Possibility of short stay and weekend rentals.
For this kind of exceptional rental with possible arrival on Friday evening, notify a few days before, so that we can send you the bunch of keys by registered mail, that you will want to return to us by the same process.
500 Euros deposit check for the mobile home sent for booking, and
160 Euros in cash for cleaning, delivered on the day of arrival, not cashed. The deposit check is returned within 7 days after departure, and the € 160 in cash delivered on the day of departure, after deduction of any deterioration and cleaning not carried out correctly.
30% on booking with the deposit check and the balance 30 days before the start of the rental.
For people not residing in France, the deposit will be given on the day of arrival either by check or in cash.
