Positive: Location is pretty close to major metro lines to get into the city or to the Schonbrunn Palace. Small gym but enough equipment for many at a time. Rooms are comfortably sized (e.g. enough closet space). Iron in room helps for work trips. Supermarket nearby for any snacks or drinks you might need.
Negative: Entrance was a bit hard to find
