Stunning 2.5 acre property - meticulously maintained Michael Davis designed beach estate with 5 bedroom, 2 full bath plus two half bath in private neighborhood just two blocks to a pristine Bridgehampton private beach. Enormous, beautiful hedged property offers complete privacy and enough space for two full soccer games or play 'fungo's' on a field the size of Fenway Park.
The open floor plan features a modern kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and marble countertop. Off the kitchen is a recently remodeled living room flooded with natural light, a gorgeous stone gas fireplace, high-end furnishings and a large smart TV. The first-floor master suite with a California king bed opens onto the terrace and pool area with a huge outdoor shower (private.) Enjoy outdoor entertaining with a BBQ on the expansive deck with outdoor seating for up to 18 overlooking the (heated) pool and Hampton sunsets.
Enormous Bunk room upstairs sleeps 4 in bunk beds plus a King bed (or two twins) and an outdoor terrace with fire pole to pool deck (just like Batman's cave.) 2nd guest room upstairs features a queen bed. Downstairs guest room features 2 twin beds and a media area.
3 TV's with cable & wifi available. All bedrooms feature top quality linens, comfy duvets and bedding. Weekly cleaning service is included in the monthly rental.
