This beautiful house is located in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood with ample parking (can even bring your boat or RV with prior approval) where you can enjoy a privately fenced-in backyard huge enough to play volleyball, soccer, badminton or any game you wish with your travel companions. Provided games include a full corn hole set, a volleyball net with balls, a badminton set, kids soccer nets and ball, and a football.
This home has a new large deck with new propane grill - enjoy grilling outdoors with a beverage while family and friends enjoy activities on the expansive lawn.
There is a Florida room that is a perfect game room if you want to play board games with your family or just enjoy the peace and quiet while reading a good book. Yoga mats are provided to use in the Florida room or outside on the deck.

The south wing contains the master bedroom - beautiful, spacious, and so comfortable! Enjoy the all new tall King sized bed with a new dual vanity bath and a new shower! The huge walk-in closet contains ample space, an iron with ironing board, storage, mirror, and extra blankets.
The north wing of the house contains two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a new king sized bed, dresser, and closet. The other bedroom is equipped with a new queen sized bed, dresser, and closet. There is a full bathroom between the bedrooms as well.
Forget any toiletries? We provided you some essentials you may have forgotten in each of the bathrooms.
We have a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer equipped with all the essentials you may need including laundry detergent and fabric softeners.
We like to think of the living room as the heart of the house. It’s beautiful, spacious, and comfy. Here you’ll find a sleeper sofa with 2 accent chairs. There’s also a 55-inch class 4 series 4K UHD TCL Smart Roku TV for all your streaming needs. Enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Amazon-Prime, Peacock, HBO and other streaming and cable channels - just log in with your own username/password and enjoy! The house is equipped with Xfinity Flex Wifi with 300 mbps - ample enough for all your streaming, computer, gaming, and smartphone needs!
There are NO cameras inside the house. There are 3 cameras outside the house: the RING doorbell, and the RING Flood lights over the garage and at the back of the house. These are meant for security purposes only.
Identification must be furnished upon request. The person who books this property must be present for the duration of the stay.
NO SMOKING of any kind, including vaping, or recreational drug use is permitted IN THE HOME OR ON THE PROPERTY. Any sign of smoking on the property will require a forfeiture of your security deposit and if needed, additional charges may be assessed to rid the house of smoke. NO SMOKERS ALLOWED, STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Our home is well kept and designed with quality furnishings. It is kept very clean and fresh. Please respectfully care for hour home as a lot of time, love, and effort went into preparing it for you.
We inventory all items before and after stays. In addition, photos and videos of each room are taken prior to guest arrival so that if damages occur, they can be easily assessed. Security deposit will be forfeited for theft or damage. Additional charges for significant damage will be assessed.
There are NO parties allowed inside the home or on the property.
No extra guests are allowed without prior approval. Occupancy count includes children.
Per city ordinance, quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am EST. In the event of a formal noise complaint that results in a citation to the owner of the property, the deposit will not be refunded.
Please put all dishes in the dishwasher before checkout and put trash and recycling in their respective cans. If you use the grill please make sure it is clean before you leave.
There are no pets allowed in the home. The security deposit will be lost with any signs of unapproved pets.
