Positive: Very kind hosts, always ready to help. The staff was competent and friendly. The location was fine. Good coffee for breakfast. There was always enough space by the pool. We had a two-bedroom apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bedrooms spacious, but the kitchen was tiny, connected to the living room, which had no air conditioning, so it was hot.
Negative: The pool, despite being closed already at 8 p.m., was not cleaned properly. In the morning, there were hairs floating around and the water was not crystal clear. Breakfasts were very monotonous, the same every day with little variety. An extra charge for a boiled egg (€3), an omelet (€6), etc., when you’re paying nearly €300 per night, is quite excessive. Very limited choice from the lunch menu. The grounds could be better maintained.
Summary: It was okay, but once is enough – mainly because of the value for money.
