The home is located in a great and friendly neighborhood of South Bend, very close to Notre Dame campus, Eddy Street, and downtown South Bend. It's an easy walk to football games, tailgating, or any Notre Dame event.
This vacation rental features three bedrooms: two bedrooms with queen beds and one with a day bed and trundle bed. There are also two large couches available for additional sleeping space along with a queen air mattress on the first floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with new appliances including stove, oven, full-sized fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, Keurig, plates, cups, bowls, mugs, pots, pans, utensils, and other cookware. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area that can accommodate a large gathering for meals. There are two living room spaces as well that both include large screen TVs so you can enjoy watching a game or movie while you eat!
This short-term rental also has two full bathrooms, both newly remodeled. The main upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower, and the first floor bathroom has a shower.
The backyard has a newly hardscaped area with a patio area and patio furniture. This home is great for group lodging and is within walking distance to Notre Dame and downtown South Bend. There is private parking on site too.

Summary: Beautifully rennovated house in a great location. Home away from home for a visit to Notre Dame. We stayed for graduation weekend and couldn’t have been more happy with this wonderful property. The house was stocked with everything we needed and tastefully decorated including lots of Notre Dame memorabilia. Communication with the owner was a pleasure. Will look to reserve this property again for football weekends!!!
