Our cozy Park model home is located at the Tip O Texas Rv Resort in Pharr Texas, located in the Rio Grand Valley. It is fully furnished and has plenty of activities to entertain you and occupy you every day if you want OR, just relax and vacation ...Right there in the park or venture out on your own.
Enjoy large heated indoor and outdoor pools and large hot tubs. The park offers lots of activities for you to sign up and enjoy such as: Exercise room, tennis courts, ping pong, pool tables, swimming, fully equipped woodshop, dancing, arts and crafts and so much more!
Whether you stay there and enjoy great weather and activities close to home, or take day trips to : South Padre Island, Brownsville, Mexico (15 min drive to border town Progresso) to shop, OR to the "HUGE" Don West Flea Market in Donna or any other sites that the Rio Grand Valley has to offer.
The nice thing about staying at our home is there is only a 30 day-minimum commitment (most parks require 3 months) This gives you the opportunity to enjoy the weather AND if you've always wanted to try this is your chance!
