The "Eleni Epavlis" is designed with prominent and modern features yet classic prestige! It's one of our two twin villas located on the ridge edge of the Ravdoucha village, offering an almost unreal, infinite view to the Aegean sea.
The villa is built on the edge of a cliff, with breathtaking view and develops in two levels.
On the exterior it features several balconies and a terrace at the north with sublime sapphire view, the private 40 sq. meter infinity swimming pool overlooking the sea and surrounding mountains and a pool side pergola with four sun-beds and open shower. The garden features a built-in BBQ and dining area and there is a private gym at our guests' disposal.
On the inside, luxury is apparent everywhere, from the custom designed furniture in the bedrooms to the rare rosa portogallo marble surfaces in the bathrooms. The interior is created to impart a calming vibe and seduce the visitor to a relaxing mood.
Ground floor:
There are 2 master bedrooms which both include an office desk, sound system, DVD player, television, individual safe boxes, high quality anatomic mattresses, bathrobes, slippers, towels and high quality sheets. The first bedroom has a king size bed and the second has two singles. There is a dedicated large bathroom for the bedrooms with a hot tub with aromatherapy feature, two basins, toilet, bidet, a rich selection of organic cosmetic products by "Korres natural products", a hairdryer and a shaver power outlet.
Top floor:
In the fully equipped kitchen with the high end appliances there is an oven and stove, dish washer, kettle, several coffee makers, grill, toaster, egg cooker, fruit squeezer and dining area for six. We are also very proud of our wine selection of well known Greek varieties, which is optionally available to our guests in a premium "Bauknecht" wine cooling cabinet. In the living room there is comfortable seating with the expected magnificent view, a modern fireplace, a sound system with iPod and iPhone connectivity, a 42inch satellite 3D television and an extensive collection of DVDs, music CDs and books. There is also a guest bathroom with toilet, washer and shower, as well as a laundry room.
There is also a second exterior hot tub and a piano in the living room at your disposal. A/C units are installed in every room, we supply pool towels and a portable refrigerator and sun umbrellas for your excursions as well as a welcome basket for your first day. Our cleaning service runs twice a week and includes weekly pool and garden maintenance. The villa is protected by a security and fire alarm system and there is a private parking space for two cars. Also upon request, we can help you arrange for an on-call doctor, a massage therapist, on-demand cleaning service, baby sitting, daily excursions, bicycle rental, photographer, home delivery of traditional Cretan food, airport transfer or private in house chef.
