The fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and cozy lounge make it easy to entertain or unwind after a day on the beach. Enjoy reading in our various outdoor spaces, play a game of pool, while enjoying an afternoon cocktail, or read poolside, while keeping cool, or take an afternoon siesta in our hammock area, with the ocean breezes and sounds to put you to sleep! Enjoy the beauty of Costa Rican living, which is living outdoors as much as possible. Hammock spaces, private beach access, BBQ and dining space. What more could you ask for?​ Outside, the expansive patio area is perfect for al fresco dining, lounging by the pool, or listening to the waves roll in just beyond the trees. A few different exterior locations to lounge in and enjoy secluded privacy.
The beach is steps from our property​! Exit out of the backyard on your own private beach path to the beautiful ocean, where you will find miles and miles of essentially uncrowded beach. You can walk south to Tamarindo, which takes about 10 minutes (with a quick boat ride across the estuary) or you can walk north to main Grande, about 20 minutes or so, where you will find the famous rock of Playa Grande! Some really great uncrowded and friendly vibe surfing right out front of our property, or if you would like a bit more adrenalin and challenge, main Grande break north is not too far of a walk either!​ The villa also comes equipped with beach chairs, towels and an umbrella.
