Close in to the city, but a little bit country, Jim's R.V. spot has FREE off street gated parking for 2 vehicles (if more parking's needed, just let me know in advance) . There's plenty of cold A/C and a furnace to keep you comfy, The wall mounted flat screen TV swivels to face the bedroom or living room! The factory entertainment system boasts a DVD player, on air AM & FM stations or plug in the aux. cable and jam to your favorites using the inside &/or outside installed speaker systems. There's a built in refrigerator/freezer and microwave oven as well as conventional oven & range top stove. Of course all your cookware is supplied along with dishes, silverware & linens. The bedroom has a new RV size memory foam queen bed & the common area has 2 full size bunk beds. The couch and table also convert to beds if needed. The bathroom has a tub and shower, and there are 2 separately keyed, locking, entry / exit doors to the RV. Feel free to relax in the awaiting hammock or sit around the picnic table outside & kick your shoes off & be comfortable! If you've ever contemplated getting your own R.V. this is a great way to see if this lifestyle is to your liking! We've got a Bar-B-Q right outside, and if you're wanting to relax in the back yard hot tub, I'm happy to show you how to turn it on. While we also live on the acreage in the main house several hundred feet from the R.V you'll get as much privacy as you want - come and go as you please - The wide open grassy and treed lot is refreshing and relaxing to return home to after your days journeys are done. I'm available if you need anything extra, just text or call me! We are only 1.5 miles from IH 35, South Congress Ave, & Southpark meadows with literally hundreds of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment for your enjoyment. Trek east & you're only minutes away from McKinney Falls State Park and U.S. 183. We're closer to the Circuit of the America's (C.O.T.A) racetrack & concert venue than ANY downtown lodging is. ABIA airport is also only about a 15 minute conversation away, and taking the back way there spares you from Austin's rush hour traffic on IH 35. I'm confident that you & your crew will be glad you chose this property!
*UPDATE*:. I have added security cameras on the property that cover the main driveway, the guest parking area and most of the grounds, however the coverage does NOT encompass the R.V. , so you can be assured of your privacy.

Summary: We didn’t stay in the trailer long, just mostly to sleep and get ready for the day. Everything was comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the bunk bed setup. The gated property was nice and quiet. The road noise from outside didn’t seem to bother us at all. When there was an issue, it was taken care of promptly.
