Washington Terrace Apartment | Quiet & clean 2 bed 1 bath basement apartment with dining area & some appliances

2 Bedroom Apartment in Washington Terrace, Ogden

Located in the safe neighborhood of Washington Terrace. This is a private entrance basement, my dog & I occupy the 1st floor. Large king suite with attached full bathroom and TV. Smaller room with a full/queen bed and option for a 12 inch air mattress to sleep 1 or 2 more guests in either room. Dining area is equipped with a mini fridge, a coffee maker(coffee, creamer, sugar provided) and a microwave. Cups for coffee and other drinks are provided as well as water and some granola bars. Plates, napkins, plastic utensils provided. full length mirror and oscillating fan provided. Dining table can sit up to six and I have two extra chairs should you need it. You are welcome to use the backyard as long as you are respectful to the space and my neighbors. I have some beach towels you can use if you’re here during summer! 20 minutes from Sbowbasin Ski Resort, 6 minutes from Weber State University, 6 minutes from downtown Ogden/Historic 25th street, 10-15 minutes from so many different trails for hiking and mountain biking
