There's a relaxing sunny deck with sitting area and BBQ, perfect for enjoying some fresh air outside. This is perfect for a larger traveling groups because of the previously mentioned separate 2BR finished basement which has its own kitchen, bath, and laundry.
The home is situated southwest of downtown Kansas City in Overland Park, a quiet family neighborhood with a fun little downtown a mile away where you can catch a farmers market on a Saturday or watch sports at a local bar.
