Summary: Our original room had styrofoam screwed into the ceiling and a leak through that into our room from the room above us (which again they had to have known about because of the styrofoam sheet patched over the leak) and while they were able to move us for the 2nd day we were told the option for night 1 was to deal with it or check out.
