Summary: Awful family arrived late to next door. I asked management if I could be moved. "It is a family. They are loud." Was her response. I am a grandmother of 4 and have never experience such child abuse and poor parenting. I turned up the a/c loud and tv so I could rest until the children when to sleep. Old unit. Poor skills on the desk. I will not return!
