This is our Guest House in the back yard of our home where we live. It was fully renovated 2 years ago and has a full kitchenette and bathroom. We have off street parking. 4 miles from Clearwater Beach. We have lived in the neighborhood for 30 years and it's great. Your small or medium size dog is welcome! Yard fully walled. Very private. Large pool available to guests. No smoking on the property.

Summary: Loved the central location and it was easy to get to everything. Our every need was addressed in this small but quaint pool house. Our dog loved the fenced yard and playing in the yard. Our hosts were exceptional and the neighborhood was great! We would look at this property again.
