This funky friendly little cottage nestled amongst the trees is just a few minutes from the mouth of the Hindmarsh River, great walks, wonderful beaches and of course, all the amenities of Victor Harbor. Whether you walk across the causeway to Granite Island, catch the cockle train to Goolwa, watch whales, lunch at The Anchorage or delight in the good wines and good food of the region. This is a great spot to base yourselves, peaceful and private and very reminiscent of happy childhood beachside holidays.

Two newly updated bathrooms, one with vanity, shower and bath and the 2nd bathroom with shower combined with laundry and washing machine. Outdoor setting. Garage for one car plus off street parking. No BBQ

Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
