1 Bedroom Cottage in Summerville Historic District, Summerville

Sacred Pine Cottage was designed in early 2022 and brought to life in February 2023. It is located in the rear of the property. We modeled out tiny home-ish cottage after our main house. SPC was my first designed project we were able to bring to life. At SPC, every detail was hand picked to fit our style, Summerville, and our way of life. SPC features custom shot photography from a local photographer. The counters and coffee bar were sourced locally. The cottages is decorated in earth tones to give it a boho-themed feel. The cottage boasts an open floor plan with a closed off bathroom & closet. One of the best features is the front and back landscaping. The front has a palm tree, private parking, and small gardens. In the back, there’s a large beige fit pit with seating. It’s a mini oasis. The tiny home does not have a stove or washer/dryer, but it has everything else you would need.
