Positive: The cleanliness was impeccable, beautifully designed to maximise comfort, style, and space. The breakfast is impeccable, supplying fresh orange juice daily. The pool area, gym, and hotel in general were incredible clean. The fact that you had to use a keycard to access pretty much everywhere did give us a peace of mind. The mattress in the bedroom was incredible, and supplying robes and slippers helped a lot. The staff were friendly and hospitable.
Negative: The only thing I would recommend is to have an extra duvet in the rooms, as I did get a little chilly during the night. Maybe supply toothbrushes if possible, as we did forget ours and had to buy some. Let us know at the beginning about the extra charge to stay in the room, as we weren’t aware of how much this was.
