Located just 100m from the sea, Casa Piero is a small, stylish villa situated in south-east Sicily. The villa is close to the popular resort of Marina di Modica where you will find a large bay with a beautiful sandy beach. During the summer, there are sports activities on the beach, market stalls, live bands and many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also within easy reach is Marina di Ragusa with its clubs bars and restaurants and the enchanting baroque towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa-Ibla, Noto and Syracuse, which were made famous by the “Inspector Montalbano” TV series.
Surrounded by a large terrace, the 90 square meters villa develops over one level.
A few steps up from road level, you enter into a bright, open living space with a comfortable double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen diner and large glass doors which open onto the surrounding terrace. There are two comfortable bedrooms (one double and one twin) and the villa also offers 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with toilet and sink).
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large terrace and has a second, sun terrace (accessed via an outside staircase), where you can relax and enjoy breakfasts and al fresco dining or just sit and soak up the sun.
