We invite you to enjoy the serene and peaceful surroundings here at the Texas Vistas Hill Country Estate.
Located in a ranch estates neighborhood, our 13+ acre ranch features a private swimming pool, an estate with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms estate and over 4,000 square feet of living space, so there’s plenty of room to spread out.
POOL/GAS GRILL.
Our private pool has amazing views! Grill by the pool in a shady spot while listening to the sounds of nature. Two tables sit next to the pool for the most relaxing al fresco dining experience. Our pool is professionally serviced weekly.

EXPLORE.
There are many structures on the property to explore—barns, pens, and arenas. Enjoy the local wildlife as well while staying on the property. Our neighbor’s ranches at times have horses and long horn cattle. White tail deer roam the northern edge of the ranch in the early morning and the early evening.
SAFETY
There is an electric gate at the entry of the property. Please note that there are surveillance cameras near the entrance gate and near the barns. There are also noise sensors that monitor noise levels inside the house and by the pool area (NoiseAware).
While walking around on the acreage (outside of the immediate home area) we recommend pants and close toed shoes as there are fire ants, burrs/stickers and other wildlife on the property.
Vehicles are not permitted on the grass or pasture.
Please keep off the neighbor’s property.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.
The administrative fee covers the cost of the City of Boerne Hotel Occupancy Taxes. VRBO separately collects the State of Texas Hotel Occupancy Taxes.

HISTORY
A portion of the home dates back to the 1920’s-1940’s and is almost over 100 years old. The home has been gently restored and added to over the years. The downstairs bedrooms and living room still hold some of their original charm—the fireplace, some windows, and wooden details of the ceiling are original. There are a few structures on the property that also date between the 1920’s to 1940’s—a small silo, one barn, and a watering trough system. Come explore a little bit of Texas history on our ranch!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The house is very well appointed with all amenities and necessities you could possibly want, and it is obvious the house has been very well taken care of because every inch is so clean. All of the extra amenities provided by the host give you such a home-like feeling of being a guest in someone’s home rather than a rental. The host was incredibly responsive and looked after us before and during our stay. The views, patio and pool are just perfect and the interior of the home is so spacious and every room & bed is wonderfully comfortable. The town of Boerne is so close with so much to see, do and eat. We are already figuring out when we can come back!
