Our base rate is for 15 people. The maximum allowed on the property is 20 people. People 16-20 are $35 per person per day. Everyone staying and visiting must be listed on your reservation list.

The home has 6 rooms (2 are in the basement no windows) , 4 full bathrooms, 2 large full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, 2 large living rooms, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, and a 18x36 inground pool. This home is 30 min from Atlanta, 20 min from Six Flags, and 10 min from Arbor Place Mall and restaurants. The house is set up with 7 twin beds, 2 queen beds, and 3 king beds. It has HDTV's, wireless internet, and YouTube TV on Roku boxes in every room of the house,.. It has a Ping Pong table, air hockey table, horse shoe pit, complete game room.
This home would be more than comfortable for out of town wedding guests, people on vacation to Atlanta, a guys golf trip, (Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail is just over a hour away), or for business stays . This home is fully furnished and the kitchens and bathrooms are fully stocked.
Check in is 4:00pm and Check out is 10:00am.
NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS, No smoking, No Drugs, No loud noises, No parking on the street, No parking on grass, no outside music. . A Maximum of 4 cars at anytime. Pets must be approved and paid for. No hanging out and gathering on the driveway all must be done in the backyard.
This home is not to be used as your meeting place for your group, an event venue, a drop off place for meet and greets. You and your guests must be aware of the rules and if you choose to not follow them, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT, and you may be asked to leave. We do have cameras on the outside of the property to make sure the # of people and cars is followed. No cameras are on the inside of the house.
