My late mother’s house was built in 2004, it’s 2,492 sq. ft 8,269 sqft. lot, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths so you’ll have plenty of room for your belongings incl. luggage. On the first floor: living room, kitchen, dining area and laundry room. Additionally you’ll find your private master bedroom suite with shower, double closets, dual sinks, large bathtub incl. separate toilet room with plenty of storage space, large dual pane windows so there’s plenty of light during the day. At night it’s quiet with exception of periodic train which goes by randomly. Living and kitchen (utensils, appliances) are included (as needed) as well as the washer and dryer, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide monitor, fire extinguisher, and your own thermostat for ac/heat, internet is also included as well as large screen tv with connections to YouTube, Netflix etc. Extras (included): soaps, hair dryer, iron & board, linens, tp, towels, new microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven. Several month to month tenants reside on the 2nd floor of the house so please do not disturb anyone! Enjoy your stay, have fun and leave with lots of great memories to share later with others.
