Enjoy your Maui vacation at this luxurious, air-conditioned, two-bedroom, two-bath private cottage #22 of the International Colony Club, located in the heart of the Ka’anapali resort area. Every need has been considered in this tastefully remodeled smart home. Inside, you’ll find the fully appointed kitchen, bright and airy bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and luxury fans, whole home internet, Alexa, and Roku smart TVs in every room. Venture across the street, you are just steps away from spectacular Kahekili Beach. Miles of Sand, Waves, and a Beachside Boardwalk are yours to explore. Dining, gear rental, golf, and Maui’s ocean paradise are all within walking distance.
You will thoroughly enjoy the comfort of this lovely Hawaiian nest. The home is fully conditioned by smart thermostat, and the expansive, wrap around private lanai and barbecue are just outside for your outdoor dining pleasure under the plumeria trees. You also have a private laundry and an outdoor shower for rinsing after the beach or pool.
The home offers two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the second with a queen, ample closets, dressers and storage are provided throughout. Additionally, there is a premium new queen-size sleeper sofa bed with Tempurpedic mattress in the living area. Occupancy is limited to four with fifth upon request.
The beautifully landscaped grounds stretch to nearly ten acres and two heated community swimming pools provide extra recreation nearby. The nearby world-renowned Ka’anapali Resort is within a short drive and is ideal for activities, shopping and fine dining.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was really wonderful - very updated, clean and functional. My husband and I went with his mother to Maui and having a 2-bed, 2-bath unit was a very nice component of the house. The whole house was warm, welcoming and very functional. The property manager was kind and attentive. It was only about a 10 min walk from the beach - you do have to cross a very busy road but you don't have to wait for the traffic light for too long. Overall it was great and we would go back!
