The immaculate custom lit landscaping is pure magic after sundown. BBQ area, Firepit and lots of free parking. North Centrally located and prime spot for shopping, dining and taking in the S.A. breathtaking sunsets. Minutes away from the Alamo Quarry, The Historic Pearl and downtown.
This 4 bedrooms, 1700sqf, unique, un-comparable, mid-century modern, with a contemporary flair home includes a custom built in-ground jetted pool with one of a kind stained deck and oversized amazing patio. North Centrally located and prime spot for shopping, dining and taking in the S.A. breathtaking sunsets. The immaculate custom lit landscaping is pure magic after sundown. Lots of surrounding trees gives a magical feel. Bamboo screening along the back fence for extra privacy. Surround sound throughout outside patio with weather proof speakers and a beautiful firepit and BBQ setup outside. When walking this museum of a home take in the retro telephone nook in 2nd bathroom and the vintage privacy wall in front of property that was brought in from the legendary "Earl Abel's" diner, and a custom built back lit wall separating living and kitchen. The home has one master bedroom and 3 other bedrooms. Washer & Dryer, Cables & Wifi. The details could go on and on but this home is truly a one of a kind! You will be swept away on vacation when walking into this home.
The house is located perfectly centered and it is close to everything in town including shopping, dinning and main SA attractions.
7 minutes drive from San Antonio airport and Northstar mall.
12 minutes drive to the Pearl brewery, Zoo, Major parks and the Botanical Gardens.
15 minutes drive to Downtown and Riverwalk.
20 minutes drive to Fiesta Texas - Sixflags & Seaworld. Great location!
You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with Pool & BBQ area. There is also a private patio to sit and relax.
• Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required.
• Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required.
- Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first)
I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 15 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. - Any event requires full pre-approval and planning with the host directly prior to booking. While I aim to accommodate requests, unauthorized events will result in heavy fines & event will be immediately closed. If you would like to arrange a small gathering or an event, please reach out to me prior to booking so we can discuss options or additional requirements. Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.
- As a part of the unique design of this house, the walls in the master bedroom or bathroom don’t go all the way to the ceiling so it’s open to the rest of the house. In addition the master bathroom is completely open without a door.
- Pool is jetted but not heated.
- Pool will be closed due to winter from November 15th until February 5th.

Summary: Had a group of 8 and we loved the place! Super nice and very beautiful. Issues that we did have we communicated to the property manager and they communicated back very effectively and were extremely helpful! Would definitely stay there again, loved the pool and the openness of the space.
