There is a formal living room complete with baby grand piano, formal dining room with china and silver service. Very functional cherry cabinet kitchen, with stainless steal appliances, island and eating area. Family room with large screen tv. Split floor plan home with master bedroom and bath on one end and the other two remaining bedrooms on the other end. It's the outdoor covered patio area and outdoor kitchen that makes this home spectacular, complete with weber grill. The heated pool is right out the door, completely screened in with two separate sitting areas. The beautiful yard with privacy completes this rental. This house is suitable for non smoking caring people who enjoy better things and are willing to take care of them.
When I'm "Home".... I enjoy my morning coffee at my outdoor dining room table. Breakfast is also enjoyed there as well, or inside while watching the news at the glass top kitchen table. The pool is kept at a comfortable temperature and is just steps out the French doors. This screened in pool will provide hours of enjoyment. Mix your favorite beverage at the outdoor bar, plenty of ice in the freezer and lots of room in the fridge for your beverages. Dinner could be anywhere of three places....informally poolside or indoors in the eating area off the kitchen, or quite possibly in the formal dining room. Palm Bay also offers plenty of dining experiences. You'll be about 15-20 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful beaches. About an hour and a half from Disney and close by several water parks. So many things to do and see....perhaps take a short drive and visit the Kennedy Space Center...they have a space shuttle in there!
Or....as many many do....just sit by the pool and enjoy being warm!
