Enjoy this private, spacious, 2 story home on a large lot surrounded by woodland and minutes from great restaurants, shopping, golf, wedding venues, and entertainment.
Prepare yourself a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen or on the large BBQ on the oversized deck. This home offers two separate living areas, one with a gas fireplace and the other with a 55" OLED TV.

The space
You will have plenty of seating when dining in. There is a table in the kitchen that can seat 8 with the leaf in, 3 barstools at the island, and seating for 6 in the formal dining room.
In the oversized master bathroom you can enjoy a glass of wine in the jacuzzi tub.
Guests have access to the main floor and second story of the house. The basement is not available and will be locked (no one will be staying in the basement, it is just storage.)
