Positive: The staff are very helpful and friendly. The property is centrally located in one of Florianopolis’ best areas, Lagoa de Concepcao. The room was clean and outfitted with a good shower, bed, and refrigerator. There is a nice covered area on the rooftop with a good view of the beautiful Lagoa. The Pousada provides an excellent breakfast that is delivered to your room.
Negative: I don’t have anything negative to say about the property.
Summary: I was greeted warmly and provided with a tour of the room and the facilities. The stay at the Pousada was very pleasant
