Come see where Caribbean charm meets posh elegance at POSEIDON. This oceanfront home was designed and built to provide a setting that will help to create memories that will last a lifetime. Breathtaking and luxurious are sure to be some of the words you will use when describing to those unfortunate friends and family that didn’t make it on your trip to the beach. Attention to details is an understatement.
Access to the large ocean front heated pool, a second heated pool with a gradual slope entrance for kids and families, a water splash zone for kids, a fitness center, a kid's game room, an adult game room with pool table, jacuzzi and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.
POSEIDON is a 7 bedrooms, 6 ½ bathrooms, 9 Smart televisions, 3 outdoor sitting areas and over 5,200 square feet will give you room to spread out in this 4 level masterpiece. The 1st level (lower level) is the garage with 1 queen garage loft bedroom, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th levels each have 2 bedroom each providing a layout with a more tranquil setting than many of the homes with a “dorm room” design. Let’s take a tour.
The first level at POSEIDON is your entry point at the garage with a loft queen sized bedroom. I0The second level was designed with comfort in mind. One bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on top, full bed on the bottom, and a twin pull out trundle bed. A private bathroom completes this room as a place where children can be in a safe and contained area. Across the hall, a bedroom with a queen bed and sliding door to the patio overlooking the dunes and ocean is a great place to sleep while listening to the crashing waves of the Atlantic Ocean. A full bathroom with a tub for the little ones is just outside the hallway door. The 3rd level of POSEIDON has a large living/great room with sofas and entertainment area gives a great place for a group to relax after a long day at the beach and pool. Don’t forget that the garage has an ice maker for filling those coolers on a hot summer day and the double-sided elevator has a stop in the garage making it so much easier to transport luggage and groceries to all 3 upper levels. Outside you will find easy access to the beach walkover and an outdoor shower on the side of the house with hot and cold water.
The third level is also where your group will gather when it’s mealtime or just time to hang out and relax. Two large bedrooms suites (king bed in one and queen bed in the other), each bedroom with a full private bathroom, both bedrooms are located in the front part of the second floor while a living room with a 70” television, balcony, dining room seating for 10 all provide an unobstructed ocean view. What’s in between? Nothing less than a gourmet kitchen with granite counters to spare, Thermador appliances, a freestanding stove with 6 burners and a large griddle for making stacks of pancakes, and a 6’ tall wine column to store your chardonnays and cabernets for when it’s time to toast to your good fortunes.
The fourth level you will find a more peaceful setting with 2 master sized bedroom suites each with a king size beds and private bathroom and twin vanities. The true master bedroom is worthy of a royal couple. Your bay windows and private oceanfront balcony will provide you with the highest vantage point in any Cinnamon Beach home. You can see for miles and miles. The master bathroom is one that you will surely never forget. The enormous walk-in shower was designed to simulate an outdoor shower. How is that? 2 large windows allow you to see dolphins, boats, birds, and miles of coastline while standing under the rain shower head. We are not kidding. This is one memory you may never forget!!
