Go for a drive to the strawberry , lavender, and rose farm or head down to bridge water bay there is so much do do in Portland the options are endless. We also have boat access wifi, smart tv’s and Netflix.
The space
kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances fridge and freezer, stone beach tops and dinning table that seats 6 -8 people all the utensils, cutlery and plates u need, dish washer and tablets supplied as well as dish washing liquid , spray and wipe paper towel etc.
-Outdoor area we have the amazing Hot tub spa bath enclosed under cover so it can be used all year round and fully fenced , Barbecue with utensils , outdoor setting all on the amazing deck,
-Driveway huge long driveway for those large boats driveway can fit 2 boats and 3 - 4 cars
-lounge this is my favourite place as there is an amazing gas heater to sit in front of capable of warming the whole house 65 inch flat screen tv with chrome cast , wifi and Netflix sound bar for extra sound or even listening to your Bluetooth music
-Main bedroom comfortable quality queen size bed with everything u need for a great night sleep,also flat screen smart tv with Netflix , alarm clock, side table and wardrobe to hang your cloths
- bedroom 2 is set up with 2 bunk beds quality mattress and also a pull out bed so can sleep 5 ,good quality warm quilt covers
-Bathroom fully renovated with massive 1200 shower , body wash shampoo and conditioner provided modern fixtures with new vanity , toilet hair drier and floor to ceiling tiles and anti Bacterial hand wash provided.
-Laundry has washing mashine and drier and with washing powder included also entrance to the second toilet room
Fire 🔥 pit out the back also available but local laws must be followed
