Positive: I'm not sure what happened. We had a booking confirmation. Arrived about 9.30 at night after receiving 😌 this as accepted by email. Once arrived, the poor lady behind the desk had no booking for us. She tried looking in a notebook and then on her phone. The poor lady didn't speak English. We ended up leaving to try and find a hotel at 10.30 at night.
