The villa is roughly 1700 sqft with 3 bedrooms ( 1 double bed is off one of the queen bedrooms) and 2 bathroom, sleeps 5 on a quiet street. Enjoy the poolside fountains reading a book or having your morning coffee. Ample parking for your boat. Located a short distance to the beaches/park/ wineries/ Apex Mountain and free boat launch. Amazing friendly area to take an evening stroll or head down to the beach and enjoy the Sunshine Penticton is famous for!

Summary: Pool is perfect and everything with backyard is top notch. Basement suite is large and private with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. It is fairly up the in the hills which makes it hard to bike to and from , you need your vehicle for pretty much everywhere.
