Summary: We love staying at this location, as each family in our extended family can rent their own space and it’s an easy walk to the beach and the association has a nice little pool, but some units are definitely nicer than others. This unit is overpriced for what it is. We paid a thousand dollars less the previous summer for a different unit in similar condition. It’s clean, but the unit needs updating. IKEA furniture is staring to call apart, some has been replaced by bare lumber screwed together to form “tables” and “nightstands”. In short, it’s a great location and if you’re not bothered by an aging “land
