Additionally, fresh water ponds are within easy reach, providing ample opportunities for swimming and relaxation.
The closest bay beach, Dyer Prence, is merely 0.3 miles away—a pleasant 10-minute walk, making it easy to enjoy leisurely days by the water. For those who prefer to explore, we are just 0.8 miles from the center of Orleans, where you can find local seafood restaurants, charming ice cream shops, and unique, locally owned boutiques. Please note that the downstairs bedroom is quite small featuring two twin beds (only) that can be converted into a king if needed; however, it is important to mention that there is not a separate king bed and two twin beds. The downstairs bedroom is cozy, making it a snug retreat after a day of exploration.
We are also dog-friendly and would be happy to consider your furry companions, as we love dogs! This topic is open for discussion. Our little family resides full-time in the "barn" at the back of the property, along with our adorable dog, Charlie girl, who adds to the warm, welcoming atmosphere to our home.
