Our cozy townhome boasts a warm, inviting décor, numerous amenities, comfortable room for 6 guests, and full access to the complex’s seasonal pool, spa, and exercise room. We always make sure everything is sparkling clean for each new guest that arrives! Enjoy some great hiking trails nearby, most of them are within walking distance right from where you are staying!
The Space:
We offer a free concierge with some great recommendations:) Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area, centrally located among Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon (North Rim), Zion National Park, Pipe Spring National Monument, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Kodachrome Basin, Lake Powell, the Wave, Horseshoe Bend and so much more. NOTE: Most GPS Systems will not take you to the correct address. Please search on "El Pueblo Townhomes" in Kanab, UT.
This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends! :)

A cute kitchen equipped with a blender, toaster, crock pot, muffin tin, cookie sheets, pots, pans, panini grill and griddle. Dining space, a living room with a big TV and a washer and dryer located next to the kitchen. 3 Bedrooms (2 queens and a bunk bed with a twin and double) and 1.5 bathrooms!
Guest Access:
Building J6. Keypad door lock. Entire townhome and outdoor seating area. You will have full access to the townhome and the HOA facilities including the gym, hot tub, and pool. Both the hot tub and pool are seasonal. The pool and hot tub opens for Spring Break (typically the last week of March) and closes on October 1. Spring Break is an estimate because weather must be over 70 degrees for 3 consecutive days before the pool can open.
Vehicles must be parked in lined spaces and within those lines. Several complaints have been received that vehicles are occupying two or more stalls, parking is occurring in undesignated areas (areas that are not lined for parkign stalls) etc. We ask that guests and residents park in the designated spaces properly to allow parking for everyone. Zip's Towing will be tagging vehicles that are parked inappropriately for possible towing if the parking violation is not corrected in a timely manner.

Centrally located in the heart of Kanab, within a short distance of local restaurants, city pool, city park, skate park, tennis courts, basketball court, yet nestled in a quiet, tranquil, and friendly neighborhood. Enjoy Kanab hiking trails, restaurants, and gift shops, as well as day trips to 3 nearby national parks, 4 national monuments, numerous state parks, and endless opportunities to explore spectacular Southern Utah.

Getting Around:
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car, though most places are within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it! :) If you lose the pool key it is a $250 fee to replace it.
Kanab is known as the "Hub of the Parks', and is the gateway to three national parks, Zion (30 Miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) and the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain. Also tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or hike in the red rock country nearby through the many trails such as Squaw, Bunting, and K-Hill trails. Equestrian and biking trails are also available. Relax with a dream vacation and re-live life in the west where dozens of western movies were made, Kanab otherwise knows as 'little Hollywood' is home to the Western Legends Roundup, every August and features vendors, great food, two live stages and the National Cowboy Poetry Rodeo. This event honors the western movie industry and highlights the 'High Noon' western parade, and much, much more. The exact date for opening the pool for 2023 has not been determined yet. It is typically the end of March/early April. The weather needs to be 70 degrees or higher for three consecutive days before we can open the pool.
