Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located accommodation. Our home is well located just 20 minutes from Legends and 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City. This is a duplex unit and each unit has its own separate entrance and covered garage with private backyard. Private laundry room located in the basement. The house is located very close to downtown Shawnee, many shops and restaurants, as well as parks and playgrounds. We are just a few blocks from the I 35 intersection at Shawnee Mission Parkway, on a fairly tree-lined street, within close distance of Downtown Merriam and just 1 mile from AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. If you are familiar with the place, you will know that it is a wonderful place. There are many retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, liquor stores, parks and playgrounds located within a few miles. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and has private entrances, covered garage, and private backyard. The perfect place for small families or a group of friends.
