In San Teodoro, we offer exclusive villa type three rooms, located in San Teodoro in Via del Mare, one of the most exclusive residential contexts, cared for and elegant of the famous resort, just 550m from the town centre and 450m from the sea, the beautiful beach La Cinta. Villetta La cinta v2 is part of a residential complex of 11 small villas "le residenze La Cinta", built trying to create a harmonious context with wide green spaces. The villas are characterised by the typical Gallurese style and architecture, with external finishes in stone and granite. Each residence is delimited/enclosed by stone walls and hedges, in order to allow privacy and guarantee a safe holiday for your four-legged friends! The house has a large private garden with adjoining covered veranda and rear courtyard with outdoor shower and access to the solarium with Sea view! Inside it is composed of a large living area and open kitchen, 2 hallway bathrooms, double bedroom and twin bedroom.

Summary: Pros: Das Haus war sehr schön und besonders die Betreuung vor Ort durch den Anbieter war hervorragend, sehr, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert!!! Auch die Lage des Hauses war perfekt, der wundervolle Strand sowie auch das Städtchen waren zu Fuß erreichbar!!! Perfekt! Cons: Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat!!!
