No standing, sitting, or jumping on hot tub cover
Keep hot tub covered when not in use
Do not add anything to the hot tub

Maximum of 2 dogs
Max weight of 90lb per dog
No other pets accepted
Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, or any furniture
Pets are not allowed in hot tub
Any damage incurred by pet is guest responsibility

Large metal dog crate available upon request. Request must be 24 hours in advance of check in date to guarantee crate is available for your stay.

We can't control when equipment/things malfunction or break, If the fireplace, hot tub, washer, dryer, etc. malfunctions or breaks during your stay, notify us immediately and we will handle the issue as quickly as possible. We do not offer refunds for instances such as this, but we will make sure and handle the situation professionally and efficiently.
