Positive: I LOVED the onsen here and the staff were so super lovely. They were really kind and accommodating.
Negative: To be honest, I had to pinch a pillow from the lounge area as the one on my bed was kinda like straw? The spaciousness made up for the overall cleanliness also. I'm still very glad I stayed here.
