Relax at The Barn on the Creek! Disconnect, unwind, decompress and enjoy the tranquility. Situated on 1 acre, right next to the babbling creek, you'll have tons of outdoor space, a quiet neighborhood, and the comforts of home. Cozy firepit area, BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, 2 covered deck areas, and the peaceful sounds of the creek. Making s'mores by the fire pit and listening to the creek is definitely a highlight. The gentle creek is only 4-10" deep near the home, but just 1/2 mile down the road, some great trout fishing on Mountaintown Creek.

The home is 1100 sqft with 2 decks to enjoy in front and back. There is one bedroom downstairs with plenty of space to put a pack-n-play if needed. It has a brand new king bed (mattress & frame)! The bathroom is accessible to the bedroom and main floor. The upstairs consists of the bedroom (2 comfy queen beds), bathroom, and closet. The living room, kitchen, and laundry closet are all on the main floor. There is also a desk in the living room right next to the wi-fi. The pack-n-play, high chair, toys, baby sheets/blankets and one toddler bed rail are in the closet upstairs. There is a kids step stool in the upstairs bathroom. Note, there are no bath tubs, just 2 showers. There is one smart TV in the living room. There is an outdoor dining table that seats 6. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools. There is a grill and fire pit to enjoy as well. Plan on bringing your own dry firewood to use outside and inside (in fall/winter months). There are no shared spaces in the home and we have 1 acre to roam! Please be careful for wildlife and leash your pets.

Summary: Fabulous little cabin. The host was easily accessible. She answered all our questions. The cleanliness of the cabin was amazing. Everything you needed was supplied for a few days stay. Wash & Dryer. No dishwasher but ya know you just don't use as many dishes. The creek and access to it was fantastic. We go to the mountains to hike but we always want to stay on a river or creek. Being able to sit out on the deck or put our feet itn it after hiking the mountains all day or shopping in downtown Ellijay. It was refreshing. We will stay at this cabin again!!! Thank you Ms. Cassie and family for sharing such a beautiful site with others. Young Family Niceville, FL
